IS BAREBURGER 100% ORGANIC?

No, Bareburger isn’t 100% organic but many of our ingredients are organic, and if they aren’t, they’re a combination of all-natural, local, sustainable, clean and always delicious!

IS YOUR BEEF ORGANIC?

Our beef burgers are a 100% organic blend of brisket, chuck & short rib from Vermont Country Farms in Shelburne, Vermont. Our beef is grass-fed, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, humanely-raised and 78-80% lean.

HOW MUCH ORGANIC PRODUCE DOES BAREBURGER SERVE?

Every burger, salad and sandwich we make starts by working closely with our network of sustainable farmers & partners. With their help, we’ve created a menu that’s full of vegetarian and plant-based greatness. To put it into perspective, below is the annual number of produce we’ve picked for you!

WHAT TYPE OF CHICKEN DO YOU SOURCE?

All our chicken is antibiotic free, gluten free and made using chicken breast & tenders, a great source of lean protein. We’re making sure you get the tastiest chickens out there!

In 2018, Bareburger became one of the first burger chains in the country to adopt the Better Chicken Commitment, a set of higher-welfare animal standards we intended to implement by 2024. While we remain committed to working toward this goal for the benefit of animals in our supply chain, we no longer expect to meet our original timeline due to major ongoing sourcing challenges resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. We will provide an update when we have meaningful progress to report.

WHAT’S IN THE SPECIAL SAUCE?

It’s a secret, moving right along! Our special sauce is a mix of ketchup, mayo, mustard and a special blend of over ten “secret” herbs, spices & seasonings. What’s not so secret about it? It tastes magical.

DO YOU SERVE ANY KETO-FRIENDLY OPTIONS?

Absolutely! At Bareburger you can build your own burger with keto-friendly ingredients including our keto-friendly bun. It’s made from a proprietary carbalose based recipe for extraordinary flavor and high protein content. These buns contain olive oil and no artificial ingredients.

IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY OR DIETARY RESTRICTION, CAN I STILL GET SOMETHING AT BAREBURGER?

Absolutely! Just let us know and we’ll make sure there is something for you. At Bareburger, we label our menus with V’s (vegan), GF’s (gluten free**) & N’s (contains nuts), we send alerts to the kitchen and we use separate grills, fryers, gloves, containers & surfaces to ensure guests are protected against allergies or dietary restrictions.

**Bareburger foods that are labeled GLUTEN-FREE are prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Bareburger DOES NOT recommend these items for guests with celiac disease. Guests with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgment in consuming those foods.
